Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. red beans, cooked, 1 1/2 lb. hamburger, 1 large onion, 6 buttons garlic and 1 tbsp. cumin seed, ground, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Melt 1/2 pound suet or 2 heaping tablespoonfuls of lard. Brown hamburger, onion and garlic.
Then add chili powder and cumin.
Let simmer about 1/2 an hour.
Add to the beans. If not enough soup, rinse chili pan out and add as much water as you need.
