Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/4 c. chopped green pepper, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1 clove garlic and 1 (8 oz.) can red kidney beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In skillet, cook ground beef, green pepper, onion and garlic until meat is browned.
Drain off excess fat.
Stir in undrained kidney beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, salt, dried basil and pepper.
Bring to boil.
Simmer about 20 minutes.
Serve with cornbread or over rice.
