Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef, 2 large onions, 2 cloves garlic, 1 large can tomato juice and 2 cans red kidney beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Saute beef, onion and garlic until the beef loses its redness. Add tomato juice.
Bring to a boil.
Add salt, pepper and chili powder.
Before adding beans, rinse them good in colander.
The beans should be the last thing to add.
Cook until hot.
Do not overcook.
