Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large onion, diced, 2 1/2 to 3 lb. hamburger, 3 tall cans kidney beans, 1 small can tomato paste and 10 to 12 oz. campbell's tomato juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook onion in small amount of oil for 5 minutes.
Crumble hamburger and brown.
Add tomato paste, kidney beans, juice and seasonings.
Add 1/2 can water.
Cook at least one hour, stirring often.
Chili should be very thick.
Serves 6 to 8 people.
