Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 tsp. black pepper, 1 1/2 to 3 tsp. chili powder and green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute onion, green pepper and garlic powder in small amount of cooking oil.
Combine all ingredients, except tomato sauce, in heavy skillet.
Cook until meat loses its pink color and onions become transparent.
Add tomato sauce and simmer 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Can add more chili powder.
