Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. hamburger, 1 medium onion, 2 large cans tomato sauce, 2 small cans tomato paste and 2 tbsp. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown hamburger; drain excess fat, if any.
Chop onion and add to hamburger.
Cook over medium heat until onion is done.
Add tomato sauce and tomato paste.
Mix together; add chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
Cover and simmer on low heat for several hours.
Stir occasionally.
You may add 2 cans of kidney beans the last hour, if desired.
