Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. hamburger (not too lean), 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 1/2 oz. chili powder and 1/2 scant tsp. cumin seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Fry hamburger in pressure cooker just until it isn't pink. Add onion, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin seeds, tomatoes and about 1 cup water.
Bring up pressure and cook 20 minutes.
Cool. Then add beans.
Keep in refrigerator one day before putting in containers to freeze.
