Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger, salt and pepper, 1 (no. 8) can or 5 to 6 regular cans tomato soup, chili powder and 1 small onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown hamburger over medium heat; add onion and lower heat. Add tomato soup and juice from kidney beans.
Stir in chili powder, paprika, salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer for 1 hour, then add beans and simmer for 1/2 hour longer.
Serves 4.
