Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 (14 1/2 oz.) cans whole tomatoes, 1 (12 oz.) tomato sauce, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 (15 1/2 oz.) mexican-style chili beans and 1 1/2 lb. hamburger, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown hamburger in skillet.
Add chopped onion, salt and pepper to taste.
Add chili powder.
Crush whole tomatoes and place in crock-pot.
Add tomato sauce and chili beans.
Add sugar. Add hamburger mixture to crock-pot. After cooking for 1 to 2 hours, begin tasting and season to your liking.
Tastes even better if it is cooked one day and refrigerated overnight and then reheat.
Yields 4 to 6 servings.
