Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small onion, chopped, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 can tomato soup, 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper and 1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Over medium heat, cook onion and meat until brown, stirring often.
Add tomatoes, soup, paprika, cayenne, bay leaf and chili powder.
Simmer 1 hour, adding water if it gets too thick.
Stir in salt and kidney beans; do not drain beans.
Heat thoroughly. Makes about 6 servings.
