Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. ground beef, 1 large onion, chopped, 1/2 pkg. celery, chopped, 1 large can diced tomatoes and 1 c. v-8 juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown ground beef, onion and celery until browned well.
In large kettle, mix tomatoes, juice and beans.
Add beef mixture.
Simmer on low heat for about 1 hour.
Add salt, pepper and bay leaves.
Add chili powder to your taste.
I cook macaroni on the side or rice to add whatever you desire.
