Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. olive oil, 2 large yellow onions, 2 green peppers, 1 lb. ground round and 1 lb. ground chuck, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Saute onions and green peppers (large dice) in 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil and 1 tablespoon chili powder.
Remove. Brown meat in 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil. Add minced garlic the last 4 minutes with 1 tablespoon chili powder.
Add all other ingredients including onions and green peppers, except extra bean juice.
Simmer over low heat 1 to 2 hours, adding bean juice as needed.
