Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb hamburger, 2 tbsp crisco oil, 1 1/2 c diced onion, 1 qt tomato juice and 1 large can tomato paste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown hamburger, add diced onion.
Cook until transparent.
In large pot add tomato juice, tomato paste, chili powder, cold water, salt sugar, worcestershire sauce, kidney beans and browned hamburger onion mix.
Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
(Can be frozen.)
