Chili
Chili is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. hamburger, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, 2 cans water, 1/2 c. chili pepper and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown hamburger in skillet.
Drain fat.
Add tomato sauce. Stir in all ingredients except red pepper and mesa.
Add red pepper.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Stir mesa flour into 1/4 cup warm water to make a thick, but flowable, mixture.
Add mesa mixture.
Simmer 15 to 20 minutes more.
