Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 to 3 lb. stew meat, 2 to 3 cubes (tsp.) bouillon, 1 c. water, 1 c. diced onion and 2 tbsp. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In a heavy pan (I use a Dutch oven) cook the small pieces of stew meat on a low heat, covered, for 30 minutes.
Uncover and raise heat to brown.
Remove meat.
Add 1 cup water and bouillon. Simmer onion and chili powder.
Add tomatoes and Ranch Style beans. Stir meat back in and simmer 30 minutes or more.
Serve with tortilla chips.
Top with grated cheese.
