Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 large bell pepper, chopped, 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, not drained and 2 c. catsup or tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Brown beef in a large skillet.
Drain and place in a 4-quart crock-pot.
Saute onion and bell pepper in skillet until onion is clear.
Add to crock-pot along with remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Cook on high setting 3 to 4 hours or low setting for 6 to 8 hours.
This can be frozen and is also good in taco shells.
