Chili
Chili is an impressive dinner. Made with 4 large onions, 4 garlic bulbs, 4 tbsp. fat or oil, 1 large bell pepper and 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut onions, garlic and pepper into small pieces and fry until lightly brown.
Brown ground beef, stirring constantly with a potato masher (to keep from balling up).
Pour into large pot.
Add remaining ingredients and cook on low heat about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
