Chile Rellenos
Chile Rellenos is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. shredded monterey jack cheese, 1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese, 1 can chopped green chilies (small), 3 c. milk and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a 9 x 14-inch pan, put a layer of Monterey Jack, then 1/2 can chilies, next a layer of Cheddar cheese, then the rest of the chilies.
Mix eggs and milk together.
Add Bisquick and pour over mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
