Made with 2 c. shredded cheddar or monterey jack cheese (8 oz.), 6 (8-inch) flour tortillas, 1 (4 oz.) can green chiles, drained, 1/2 c. mild or medium garden style salsa and prepared guacamole and sliced ripe olives for garnish, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Sprinkle 2/3 cup cheese onto each of 3 tortillas.
Top each with 1/3 of chiles and 2 tablespoons salsa.
