Chile-Mac is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 green pepper, chopped, 1/2 small onion, chopped, 2 tbsp. fat and 1 can tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown beef, green pepper and onion in fat.
Add tomatoes and corn.
Combine salt, pepper, chili powder, sugar and vinegar. Stir into meat mixture.
Add macaroni and mix well.
Turn switch to high until steaming freely, then to low for 30 minutes. Suitable for freezing.
