Chile Canapes
Chile Canapes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (4 oz.) cans diced ortega chiles, 1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated, 4 eggs, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Spread chiles in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread cheese over chiles.
Beat eggs, milk, salt and Bisquick until smooth. Pour over chiles and cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Cut into squares.
Serve warm.
