Chicken Yum
Chicken Yum is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 chicken breasts, boned, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 stick margarine, 10 slices swiss cheese and 1/2 c. sherry (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix together the cream of chicken soup and sherry.
Saute margarine and add dressing.
Place soup mixture over chicken and cheese.
Put dressing over all and bake at 350Β°, uncovered, for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Freezes beautifully.
Serve with rice. Makes 8 servings.
