Marinate chicken wings overnight in wet ingredients (sugar, ginger, soy sauce, water and garlic salt combined).
Bake at 400Β° on cookie sheets covered with aluminum foil for 20 minutes.
Turn wings over.
Bake another 20 to 25 minutes.
Keep warm in crock-pot to serve at a party.
