Chicken Wild Rice
Chicken Wild Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. boneless chicken thighs, 1 c. long grain rice, 1 pkg. uncle ben's long grain rice and wild rice, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 can cream of celery soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Place 2 types of rice in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour soup and water over rice mixture.
Dip cut up chicken in melted margarine.
Place on top of rice mixture.
Sprinkle seasoning from Uncle Ben's rice.
Cover with foil and bake at 325Β° for 1 hour. Uncover; sprinkle almonds and bake 30 minutes more.
