Chicken Victoria
Chicken Victoria is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 lb. boneless chicken pieces, skinned, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 (12 oz.) la victoria salsa victoria*, 1/3 c. water and 1 (17 oz.) can niblets corn, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown chicken pieces in hot oil for 5 minutes; drain off fat. Add desired La Victoria salsa and water.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Uncover; add corn and bell pepper (add more water if necessary).
Cover and cook 10 minutes more.
