Chicken-Vegetable Medley
Chicken-Vegetable Medley is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) pkg. broccoli, carrots and water chestnuts, cooked, 2 c. shredded, cooked chicken breast, 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 can cream of celery soup or cream of asparagus soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Spray Pam in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Spread cooked vegetables on bottom.
Layer cut up chicken on vegetables. Mix the 2 soups with the mayonnaise and soy sauce (and almonds if you use them).
Spread on top of chicken.
Layer cheese on top of sauce.
Cook at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
