Made with 2 lb. boneless chicken breasts or thighs, 1 c. unsifted all-purpose flour, 2 to 2 1/2 c. fine, dry, unseasoned bread crumbs, 2 eggs, beaten with 2 tbsp. water and vegetable oil (for deep frying), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
