Chicken Treat
Chicken Treat is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, halved and skinned, 4 or 5 slices bacon, 1/3 c. flour, 1/4 c. honey and 2 tbsp. prepared mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Rinse chicken; pat dry.
Coat with flour.
In skillet, cook bacon; drain and crumble.
In bacon drippings, brown chicken slowly on all sides.
Transfer chicken to an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Combine honey, mustard, curry powder and salt.
Drizzle over chicken and bake 15 minutes more.
Top with crumbled bacon.
Serve with fluffy rice.
