Chicken Tetrazzini
Chicken Tetrazzini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 oz. spaghetti, 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced, 1 stick butter, 6 c. cooked, boiled chicken, sliced and 2 (10 oz.) cans creamed chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook spaghetti until almost done.
Saute mushrooms in 1 stick of butter.
Mix together soup and sour cream.
Layer in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish in the order listed: soup-cream mix, spaghetti, chicken and mushrooms.
Repeat whole process until pan is filled.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake 40 minutes at 300Β°. Serves 8.
