Chicken Terrific is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cooked and cubed chicken, 1 (6 1/2 oz.) pkg. wild rice, 1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, drained, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix the first 10 ingredients.
Top with cheese.
Cover with stuffing mix, mixed with 1/2 stick melted butter.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Makes a 13 x 9-inch casserole.
