Chicken Tacos
Chicken Tacos is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. chopped cooked chicken, 3/4 tsp. salt, 1 small can chopped green chilies, drained, 1 small onion, sliced and 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Heat chicken, 3/4 teaspoon salt, chilies and onion in oil over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until chicken is hot.
Heat shells as directed on package.
Cut avocado lengthwise into slices; sprinkle with lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Spoon about 1/4 cup chicken mixture into each shell.
Top with cheese, lettuce, olives and avocado.
Serve with taco sauce and sour cream.
Yields 10 tacos.
