Chicken Supreme
Chicken Supreme is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 to 4 lb.) fryer chicken, cooked or 4 c. chicken, 2 1/3 c. chicken broth, 1 (6 oz.) box long grain and wild rice, 2 c. cooked french-style green beans, drained and 1 can cream of celery soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Simmer or bake chicken until tender; remove meat from bones. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Degrease liquid from cooking chicken. To the broth, add enough water to measure 2 1/3 cups.
Bring broth to boil; add rice and seasoning packet; cook according to directions on package until rice is tender and broth is absorbed. Combine ingredients, blending well.
Place in greased 2-quart casserole or 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Cover lightly with foil during first part of baking time; remove foil so mixture browns lightly.
