Chicken Supreme
Chicken Supreme is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 whole chicken breasts, boned, 1/2 c. white wine, salt and pepper to taste, 2 c. thinly sliced fresh mushrooms and 6 tbsp. shredded parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Spray an 8-inch square glass baking dish. Slice the chicken breasts in halves to form 4 flat cutlets.
Arrange in single layer. Add wine.
Sprinkle lightly with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Arrange sliced mushrooms over chicken.
Stir cheese and bread crumbs together. Sprinkle evenly over top. Bake, uncovered, on bottom shelf at 375Β° for 25 to 30 minutes until chicken is done and topping is brown.
Makes 4 servings.
