Chicken Supreme
Chicken Supreme is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 whole chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned, 4 slices swiss cheese, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 2 c. pepperidge farm stuffing and 1/4 to 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Place chicken breasts in shallow baking pan.
Top each with 1/2 slice of cheese.
Thin soup with about 1/4 to 1/2 cup water.
Pour over chicken.
Mix stuffing with 1/4 pound melted butter.
Sprinkle over soup.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
With a Caesar salad or spinach salad - a gourmet delight!
