Chicken Supreme
Chicken Supreme is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned and halved, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 pt. sour cream, 1 can mushrooms, drained or 1 c. fresh sliced mushrooms and 1/3 to 1/2 c. marsala wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown chicken in butter; place in casserole dish.
If using fresh mushrooms, saute in remaining butter and pour over chicken. Blend sour cream, soup and Marsala; heat in skillet. Pour over chicken.
Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 325Β° for 1 1/2 hours, uncovered. Garnish parsley and serve over rice or noodles.
