Chicken & Stuffing Casserole
Chicken & Stuffing Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, celery tops, 1 pint sour cream, 1 stick butter or margarine and 1 package pepperidge farm stuffing mix (7-8 lb turkey size), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cut chicken into bite size pieces and cook with celery and onions until tender. In a bowl, mix mushroom soup, mushrooms, sour cream and pour into 9 x 13 casserole dish.
In another bowl mix together melted butter, 1 cup chicken broth and stuffing mix. Pour over casserole.
Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
