Chicken Stuffing Casserole
Chicken Stuffing Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. seasoned stuffing cubes, 1/2 c. finely chopped celery, 1/2 c. onion, chopped, 3 c. cooked chicken, cut up and 1/4 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Saute celery and onion.
Mix in bread cubes and chicken.
Put into 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish.
Beat eggs with fork.
Add soup, milk and poultry seasoning.
Mix well and pour over stuffing.
Combine flour and cheese.
Cut margarine into cheese mixture and sprinkle evenly over top.
Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
