Chicken Stroganoff Casserole
Chicken Stroganoff Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can campbell's cream of celery or chicken soup, 1/2 c. sour cream, 1/2 to 3/4 c. milk, 1 c. cubed, cooked chicken or 7 oz. can tuna, drained and flaked and 2 tbsp. chopped parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Blend soup and sour cream.
Stir in milk.
Add chicken or tuna, parsley, pimento, seasonings and noodles.
Pour into 1 1/2 quart shallow baking crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
All you need to complete the meal is tossed salad, rolls and dessert.
