Chicken Stroganoff
Chicken Stroganoff is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. chicken breast, 3 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1 large onion, 1/4 c. sliced mushrooms and 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Saute chopped onion in butter until cooked.
Add cubed pieces of chicken; season with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and wine.
Cover and let cook for 15 minutes.
Stir in spaghetti sauce and ketchup.
Dissolve all-purpose flour in 1 cup of water.
Add to chicken, stirring until thickened.
Stir in sliced mushrooms. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in whipping cream.
Serve with rice.
