Chicken Stew
Chicken Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 whole chicken, 4 or 5 medium potatoes, 1 can whole kernel corn, 1 can green peas and 1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Boil chicken until tender; debone.
Peel potatoes and cut into small pieces.
Add corn, peas, onion and potatoes in large pot.
Add chicken, tomato juice and hot pepper.
Add broth from boiled chicken.
Let boil for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let simmer for about 45 minutes.
