Chicken Spaghetti Rotel
Chicken Spaghetti Rotel is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 whole chicken breasts or 2 fryers, 2 large green peppers, 2 large onions, 1 1/2 sticks margarine and 1 large can sliced mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Boil and debone chicken and save broth.
Cook vermicelli in chicken broth.
Chop and saute onion and pepper in margarine; combine vegetables, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, mushrooms and cheese with vermicelli.
Stir until cheese melts and add chicken which has been torn into small bits.
Stir well.
Add some broth to assure a moist casserole.
Bake at 350Β° until hot and bubbly.
