Chicken Spaghetti "Norma"
Chicken Spaghetti "Norma" is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. chicken drumsticks, 5 cloves garlic, pressed, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 1 can tomato paste and 3 tbsp. goya sofrito (spanish section of supermarket), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
In heavy 4-quart pot, saute garlic in oil for 3 minutes.
Add drumsticks.
Simmer until brown, turning frequently.
After 10 minutes, add tomato paste, sofrito, cilantro and water.
Bring to a boil; cover tightly and cook on low for 40 minutes.
Add cooked spaghetti, mix and serve.
