Chicken-Spaghetti Casserole
Chicken-Spaghetti Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. uncooked spaghetti, in 2-inch pieces, 2 c. cooked cut up chicken or turkey, 1/4 c. diced pimento and 1/4 c. chopped green pepper, 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted and 1/2 c. chicken broth (from cooked chicken), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Cook spaghetti the usual way; drain.
Pour into a 1 1/2 or 2-quart greased casserole.
Add remaining ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup cheese for topping.
Mix well.
(May be prepared a day ahead and refrigerated overnight.)
Cheese can be mixed with bread crumbs for topping. Set oven at 350Β° and bake, uncovered, 30 to 35 minutes or heat in microwave.
