Chicken Spaghetti
Chicken Spaghetti is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 large chicken, cooked and cut up (cook in pressure cooker about 20 minutes), 1 c. chopped onion, 3 c. chopped celery, 1 c. margarine (2 sticks) and 1 chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Melt butter and add onion, celery and pepper; cook until light brown.
Add all other ingredients, including cut up chicken.
Add cooked spaghetti; cook down until thick.
Put in baking dish and top with grated cheese.
Put in slow oven to melt cheese.
Makes two 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dishes.
