Chicken Spaghetti
Chicken Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 lb. chicken, 1 c. celery, 1 c. green peppers, 1 c. onions and 1 tsp. black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Save broth where chicken is cooked to cook spaghetti in.
Cook celery, onions and green pepper in butter until color changes.
To this, add soups, salt and pepper; simmer for 15 minutes.
Then add chopped chicken.
Mix additional ingredients to drained, cooked spaghetti.
Pour into a long shallow pan.
Put grated cheese on top.
Cook in a 350Β° oven until cheese is melted well.
Serves 20 people.
Freezes well.
