Chicken Spaghetti
Chicken Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. chicken, boiled and deboned (save broth), 2 to 3 tbsp. vegetable oil (can be omitted), 4 small onions, chopped fine, 1 c. mushrooms (optional) and 1 lb. can stewed tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Saute onions and bell pepper in oil.
Add tomato sauce and tomatoes, broken up.
This mixture should be placed in a large casserole dish (largest Corning Ware roaster).
Cook spaghetti in chicken broth.
Drain.
Mix into tomatoes and onions.
Add seasonings.
Mix in deboned chicken and grated cheese.
Reserve some cheese for top or add more if desired.
Heat oven to 350Β° and bake for 15 to 30 minutes until bubbly.
It will serve 6 to 10 people.
