Chicken Spaghetti
Chicken Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 or 5 chicken breasts, 1 onion, chopped, 3/4 stick butter, 1 can ro-tel tomatoes and 1 (12 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil salted and peppered chicken.
Tear chicken apart in small pieces.
Set aside.
In chicken broth, cook spaghetti.
Saute chopped onion in butter.
Mix spaghetti, onion, drained English peas, tomatoes, soup and chicken.
Sprinkle Velveeta into mixture and mix together.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes or until hot throughout.
