Chicken Spaghetti
Chicken Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 whole chicken, 1 pkg. spaghetti (10 to 12 oz.), 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup, 1 can ro-tel tomatoes and green chilies and 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Boil chicken approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Debone chicken.
Cook spaghetti in chicken broth.
Saute onions and celery in margarine.
Mix chicken with soup, Ro-Tel tomatoes and sauteed mixture.
Drain spaghetti; put on bottom of baking dish and cover with chicken mixture.
Put grated cheese on top and bake until bubbly at 350Β° in oven or until light brown.
