Chicken Spaghetti
Chicken Spaghetti is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (4 lb.) hen, cooked, 12 oz. spaghetti, 1 can mushroom soup, 1 small can mushrooms (optional) and 1 1/2 cans tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Spaghetti chicken broth and bay leaf adding enough water to keep it moist.
Saute onion, green pepper and garlic in oil.
Tomato sauce and cook slowly.
Add mushrooms, soup and deboned chicken, then simmer.
Add part of the cheese and mix with spaghetti.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake in 350Β° oven for 30 minutes.
Serves 10 to 12.
