Chicken Spaghetti
Chicken Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 to 1 1/2 lb.) chicken or chicken breasts, boiled, 1 large onion, chopped, 2 large bell peppers, chopped, 1 lb. velveeta cheese and 1 lb. spaghetti, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook spaghetti in chicken broth.
Saute onion and peppers in margarine.
Add cheese, which has been cut in small pieces, to spaghetti, onion and peppers while hot.
Stir in Ro-Tel.
Mix well. Bake at 300Β° for 35 to 45 minutes.
Makes a very large batch.
May be frozen before baking step.
